FIELD: microwave radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a spatial frequency pattern filter comprising a film of yttrium iron garnet (YIG) arranged on a gallium-gadolinium garnet (GGG) substrate, antennas for excitation and reception of magnetostatic waves located at the ends of the upper plane of YIG film, a source of controlling external magnetic field. YIG film has an array of polymer planar ordered micro-reservoirs with magnetic mineral microspheres, located in the central part of the YIG film between antennas for exciting and receiving magnetostatic waves, wherein the length of the YIG film is 4000 mcm, width is 300 mcm, thickness is 10 mcm, the thickness of the substrate made of GGG is 10 mcm, microreservoirs have the shape of a cube, the edges of which are equal to 10 mcm, and the region for applying array is 300×1000 mcm with a distance between them of 10 mcm.
EFFECT: possibility of changing the transmission spectrum of magnetostatic waves in a wide frequency range.
