SUBSTANCE: method of determining flavonoids in an aqueous-alcoholic solution of viburnum red extract in the presence of gold nanoparticles added to enhance the luminescence signal, while the method is two-stage and spectral, it provides registration of the optical signal of quercetin and its oxidized forms after oxygen saturation of the extract solution by bubbling with a certain time interval and control of the concentration of oxygen molecules in the solution.

EFFECT: invention allows for qualitative control of the presence of flavonoids and their oxidized forms in extracts of plant origin.
