SUBSTANCE: beverage components composition contains 21.9 -22.3 wt % snowball tree juice, 31.4 -33.5 wt.% chokeberry juice, 2.9 -3.1 wt % sugar and water. Snowball tree and chokeberry juices are made of newly collected or frozen berries. Produced composition contains biologically active substances in wt %: 1.13-1.39 anthocyans, 0.39-0.49 flavonoids, 0.73-0.91 hardening agents, 1.35-1.69 iridoids, 0.15-0.27 vitamin C and 1.53-1.94 P-active substances, dry substances content in it makes 0.38-0.40. Beverage has general health-improving and tonic properties. The beverage can also be useful at cardiovascular diseases, hypertonic diseases, radiation sickness and so on. Combination of snowball tree and chokeberry juices gives complete taste and stable ruby colour. Beverage vacuum-packed storage life makes 2 years.
EFFECT: composition can be used as end product and as biologically active flavouring agent during production of alcohol-free and alcoholic beverages.
