FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out the extraction of the raw material previously crushed to a size of 0.2-2.0 mm, organic solvents in a continuous countercurrent extractor. Herewith the extractant is selected from acetone, hexane, chloroform, benzene, ethanol, water, a mixture of benzene-ethanol at a ratio of 1:2 or a mixture of ethanol-water at a ratio of 1:2. Extraction is carried out at the following temperatures: acetone - 56.1°C, hexane - 68.0°C, chloroform - 25.0°C, benzene - 80.1°C, ethanol - 78.4°C, water - 85.0°C, a mixture of benzene-ethanol - 67.9°C, a mixture of acetone-water - 78.1°C for 2-5 hours and further two-stage cleaning of the extracts, ultrafiltration and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
EFFECT: production of drugs with the highest possible content of biologically active substances and a high degree of purification.
