SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to calculate the cellular composition of synovial fluid on automatic analysers with a biological fluid module after treatment with hyaluronidase. A Lyophilisate for preparing a solution of hyaluronidase — 64 UE of hyaluronidase — lidase is diluted in 5 ml of phosphate-buffered saline. Joint aspirate from a test tube with K3EDTA is added to the enzyme solution as 1:10, in which there is 1 part of synovial fluid, 9 parts of hyaluronidase solution, the components are mixed thoroughly for one minute. Cellular elements are counted on the biological fluid module of an automatic haematology analyser. The result is validated using a scatterogram of the device, the result is multiplied by 10.

EFFECT: method provides the ability to increase the speed and accuracy of assessing the number of cellular elements of synovial fluid by treating complex samples of synovial fluid with a solution of the enzyme hyaluronidase in phosphate buffer saline to reduce the interference of hyaluronic acid when counting cell cytosis.
