SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a rigid forming device with extraction from the mould, comprising forming cylinder (11), distribution chamber (12), suction chamber (13) and moulding fabric (14), wherein forming cylinder (11) has a rigid structure, distribution chamber (12) is located in forming cylinder (11), moulding fabric (14) is located outside, and absorbent material moves from inside to outside.
EFFECT: moulding fabric (14) and forming cylinder (11) are arranged separately, so that moulding fabric (14) is easy to clean, thereby preventing clogging of its holes; in addition, moulding fabric (14) and other devices are no longer located in moulding hole (114), so that when core (15) is to be removed from moulding hole (114) after its moulding in said hole (114), product defects or wastes of absorbent materials can be avoided, which are caused by electrostatic effect or effect of viscous force of such devices as moulding fabric (14).
