FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a flexible demoulding device (11) comprising flexible base (111) and drive device (112). Multiple shaping holes (1110) are made in flexible base (111) and pass through it in direction of thickness of flexible base (111). Drive device (112) drives flexible base (111) in continuous motion in preset direction. Drive device (112) comprises drive wheel (1121), support wheel (1122) and conveyor belt (1123), which is put between drive wheel (1121) and support wheel (1122). Flexible base (111) is fixed on transporting belt (1123). On one side, the demoulding unit no longer has a rigid structure. On the other hand, since flexible base (111) can be fixed on transporting belt (1123) by means of connecting element (1130), flexible base (111) can be easily replaced. Meanwhile, when connecting element (1130) is made with projection and drive wheel (1121) is made with corresponding clamping groove (11211), it is possible to easily maintain accuracy of dimensions of shaping holes (1110) in flexible base (111). Also disclosed is a device for forming cores, in which flexible device (11) is used for extracting from a mould.
EFFECT: disclosed is a flexible demoulding device.
