FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of optical radiation power measurement and is intended for measurement of laser radiation parameters. Laser radiation pulse parameters meter comprises an input photoelectronic device sensitive to the laser wavelength, a device which converts the input analogue signal into a digital signal, electric signal recording means and a personal computer, on the display of which information on the values of the measured parameters is displayed: power, duration and energy of the pulse, wherein electric signal recording means used is a pair of memory devices with different time constants, pulse-type tracking balance analogue-to-digital converter and high-pass filter are used as a device which converts an input analogue signal into a digital signal, with possibility of simulation of incoming voltage in pulse voltage of meander type, values of amplitude of which and modulated reference voltage are transmitted to computer.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring power, duration and energy of a single pulse of a laser emitter.
