SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser engineering and specifically to devices for controlling laser generation modes. Complex for monitoring modes of generation of ultrashort pulses of a controlled laser source comprises: an optical divider in ratio of 95/5; four-channel optical divider having equivalent outputs, wherein its input is connected by means of a fibre-optic connection to the output of the optical divider, to which 5% of the laser radiation is diverted; narrow-band optical filters connected to the first and second outputs of the four-channel optical divider; photodetectors connected to outputs of narrow-band optical filters; photodetector connected to the third output of the four-channel optical divider; a photodetector connected to the fourth output of the four-channel optical divider using a fibre-optic connection; narrow-band radio-frequency filter; matching amplifiers; four-channel analogue-to-digital converter, the inputs of which are connected to matching amplifiers; PC and imaging system.
