First phase comprises a first element; and the second phase comprises a second element and is different from the first phase. Atomic concentration of the second element ranges from 0.001 at.% or more to 60 at.%, or less. Maximum value of volumetric specific heat capacity at temperature of 20K and less is 0.3 J/cm3·K and more.
