SUBSTANCE: invention relates to strains Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 32846, Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 32847, Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 32849, Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 33198, producing adenosine. Said strains are used to treat or prevent infant colic, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or sleep disorders in a subject. Also disclosed is a combination product suitable for inducing adenosine production in a subject, comprising one of said strains and a component of the substrate, which is AMP.
EFFECT: invention can be effectively used to treat or prevent infant colic, IBS or sleep disorders in a subject.
