SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, can be used in neurosurgical departments and departments of vascular surgery in the surgical treatment of certain forms of headaches and dizziness, namely, during decompression of neurovascular complexes of head and neck. Arc-shaped incision of soft tissues is made, about 4 cm, with installation of a retractor, with a staged approach to neurovascular complexes. After hydropreparation with sterile isotonic 0.9% sodium chloride solution, the first step involves approaching the anatomical formations of the suboccipital triangle containing neurovascular complexes of the suboccipital region. Suboccipital neurovascular complex is visualized first, while the suboccipital-vertebral complex is visualized second. During the staged topological imaging and hydropreparation, the main neurovascular formations are released by decompression.

EFFECT: method enables avoiding muscular and bone tissue injuries, preserving the main arteries, veins and nerves, and most importantly – the perivascular plexus of the stellate ganglion.
