FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for recovery of biomechanics in lumbar spine and lower extremity girdle is carried out with the help of an exerciser containing leg platforms. Amplitude of movement of platforms for legs is regulated by means of stoppers of exerciser. User rests each foot with his big toe against a toe rest on the platform. Position of the big toe rest on the platform is selected depending on the foot size and is adjusted by rearranging the platform stop in the fixing hole. Tensioning system is used to adjust the load of the platforms on the legs of the user. When performing the exercise of the first type, the user overcomes the resistance of the tensioning system by the force of the muscles, turns both platforms against the stop around the vertical axis and holds them in such a position during the entire anticipation, by leg muscles force pulls the platforms aside along the horizontal axis to the stop and holds the platforms in the retracted position or repeats the action of retraction of platforms along the horizontal axis. When performing the second type of exercise, selecting the amount of abduction along the horizontal axis, adjusting or removing the toe rest, user overcomes resistance of tension system by means of effort of muscles, turns both platforms up to stop around vertical axis and takes them aside as far as stop and holds in such position. When performing the third type of exercise, selecting the amount of abduction of the platform along the horizontal axis, adjusting or removing the toe rest, by the effort of the muscles, the user overcomes the resistance of the tensioning system, turns both platforms against the stop around the vertical axis and holds them in such a position, by means of muscular force, one of the platforms is pulled aside along the horizontal axis until it stops and holds it, and the second platform is moved from the initial position to the stop and back.
EFFECT: recovery of biomechanics in lumbar spine and lower extremity girdle.
