METHOD OF PRODUCING INJECTION IMPLANT FOR SUBCUTANEOUS OR INTRADERMAL INTRODUCTION WITHOUT RESIDUAL SOLVENT ON POLYMER SURFACE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61L27/14 A61K9/14 A61K47/30

Abstract RU 2816188 C1

FIELD: medicine; various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing an injection implant for subcutaneous or intradermal administration, consisting of polymer particles of regular spherical shape with a preferred size interval from 20 to 100 mcm, without residual solvent on the polymer surface, which consists in the capillary introduction of poly-L-lactide in dichloromethylene, after preliminary mixing to a homogeneous solution, into the thickness of the dispersion medium containing polyvinyl alcohol, at temperature of dispersion medium in range from +0 to +3 °C and while stirring with a mixer at speed of 700 rpm, with subsequent maturation of particles with constant mixing with addition of bubbling process perpendicular to directed flow of clean air of 150 l/h, with subsequent process of particles washing from residual solvent from polymer surface while heating to 35 °C, stirring at 200 rpm and feed air flow rate of 150 l/h.

EFFECT: present invention provides obtaining implants for subcutaneous or intradermal introduction, with no residual solvent on the polymer surface and obtaining particles in range of 20 to 40 mcm or spherical particles in range of 20 to 100 mcm.
