FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polycaprolactone microsphere filler containing a polycaprolactone microsphere in an amount from 2 wt% to 50 wt%, a solution in an amount from 0.1 wt% to 5 wt%, a lubricant in an amount from 0 wt% to 48 wt.% and a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous carrier in an amount from 15 wt.% to 97.9 wt.% from 100% of the total weight of the polycaprolactone microsphere filler, and a method for its manufacture. The polycaprolactone microsphere contains collagen peptide in an amount from 0.01 wt% to 7 wt% and has an average particle size of 10 to 100 mcm, where polycaprolactone has a viscosity increment in the range from 0.16 to 1.90 dl/g, the microsphere has a size distribution range of 1.0 or less. Also proposed is a polycaprolactone microsphere filler obtained by encapsulating a collagen peptide in polycaprolactone microspheres, which, when introduced into a living organism, demonstrates the effect of rapid collagen formation, as well as a high tissue regeneration ability, maintains the effect for a long period of time, thus demonstrating the excellent ability of soft tissues such as cheeks, breasts, nose, lips and buttocks to restore, increase volume or smooth wrinkles.
EFFECT: invention demonstrates the effect of rapid collagen formation, as well as a high tissue regeneration ability, maintains the effect for a long period of time, thus demonstrating the excellent ability of soft tissues such as cheeks, breasts, nose, lips and buttocks to restore, increase volume or smooth wrinkles.
