SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for a single-step process of denucleisation of milk whey and producing lactulose from lactose using a flow-type membrane electrolyser without using an alkali, consisting of electrolytic cells with membranes connected in series, on the side of the anode chamber are coated with a mixture of acrylic resin with poly-N,N-dimethyl-N,N-diallylammonium salt (PDMDAA) based on multilayer polyamides, wherein the anode chamber of the first electrolysis cell is connected to the cathode chamber of the second electrolysis cell, as well as the anode chamber of the second electrolysis cell is connected to the cathode chamber of the first electrolysis cell, and filtering elements at the outlet of the anode chambers provide whey denucleation and are simultaneously a flow limiter.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of producing lactulose.
