SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to veterinary science, and discloses an injectable veterinary pharmaceutical composition containing (a) microspheres containing (a1) from approximately 1 to approximately 40 wt./wt.% in terms of weight of moxidectin microspheres, and (a2) from about 60 to about 99 wt./wt.% in terms of weight of microspheres of polycaprolactone (PCL), and (b) particles of an isoxazoline compound selected from the group consisting of fluralaner, afoxolaner, sarolaner and lotilaner, where the D50 of the volume-weighted average particle size of the isoxazoline compound of formula (I) is from about 65 to about 150 mcm; and c) an aqueous carrier; where microspheres (a) and particles of compound (b) are suspended in aqueous carrier (c). Also disclosed are a method for preparing an injection veterinary composition and a kit.
