FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing of a soft chewable pharmaceutical composition comprises the steps of isoxazoline compound dissolution in a solvent, addition of the resulting solution to a solid carrier and mixing to form a first dry blend, addition of all other dry adjuvants to the first dry blend, addition of liquid ingredients, glycerin and oil to the formed second dry blend, mixing to form a moist mass, melting of the polyethylene glycol forming agent and addition to the wet blend, mixing and formation of soft chewable tablets.
EFFECT: improved bioavailability, reduced dosage of active substance.
