FIELD: technological processes; measurement.

SUBSTANCE: use for control of technical condition of metal reinforcing elements in rubber-cord belts. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a device for monitoring the technical state of metal reinforcing elements in rubber-cable belts, comprising a sensor consisting of N uniformly placed along a common line l primary converters, measuring channel, a switch, a digital signal processing and control unit, an interface with an information presentation unit connected to the digital unit, wherein it is equipped with an alternating current generator, N switches of outputs of primary converters, and a sensor of movement of the controlled belt, electronic measuring unit is made with N two-channel measuring channels, primary converters are made in the form of identical transformer eddy current converters with ferromagnetic cores in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds elongated along the line l, one of the side faces of which forms the working end of the corresponding converter, the turns of the exciting winding are located in parallel, and turns of two identical measuring windings are in planes perpendicular to the plane of the working end, measuring windings of the eddy-current converter are installed symmetrically relative to the orthogonal to the working end of the plane of symmetry of the core with an offset relative to each other and are connected to the first and second inputs of the corresponding measuring channel, measuring channels are made in the form of series-connected switch of windings of an eddy-current converter, a phase-sensitive detector, DAC bias and amplifier with adjustable gain, which output is the output of the measuring channel and through the switch is connected to the information input of the digital signal processing and control unit, control output of which is connected to control input of switch and through it to control inputs of DAC bias and adjustable amplifier of corresponding measuring channel, and the controlled belt movement sensor is connected to the second information input of the digital unit.

EFFECT: improving reliability of control of technical condition of metal reinforcing elements in rubber-cord belts.
