FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to the following steps: determining whether the current state of the user device (UD) is predetermined, if it is: transmitting to UD the entire package of installation files of applications and a plurality of commands for installation of these applications, and if it is determined that the current state of the UD is not a predetermined state, then for each application from the plurality of applications, successively: transmitting (A) an installation file and a command to install said application from the installation file. Determining whether all applications from the plurality of applications are installed, and if it is determined that not all applications are installed: deleting the installation file after installing the application, and determining whether the amount of free memory of the UD is sufficient for storing and unpacking the installation file of the following application, and if the amount of free memory is sufficient: proceeding to execution of steps, starting from step (A), for the next application, if it is determined that the amount of free memory is not enough, installation of applications is stopped.
EFFECT: shorter waiting time and reduced resources of computing devices when installing applications.
