FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control the parameters of a laser beam during intravenous irradiation of blood. A device for laser irradiation of blood contains a single-mode laser emitter, a light guide with a needle, a power supply, a disk with a set of calibrated holes of various diameters, a shutter disk, the first stepper motor configured to rotate the shutter disk at a speed specified by the operator, the second stepper motor configured with the possibility of rotating the specified disk with a set of calibrated holes to align the calibration hole specified by the operator with the trajectory of the laser beam, control unit, monitor, control panel. A single-mode laser emitter is placed horizontally coaxially with the input of the light guide with a needle. Between the output of the single-mode laser emitter and the input of the light guide with the needle, a shutter disk is mounted perpendicular to the laser beam trajectory on the axis of the first stepper motor, as well as a disk with a set of calibrated holes of various diameters, which is an opaque disk with a central hole for mounting on the motor shaft and a group of calibrated holes of various diameters, located at an equal distance r from the centre and the same angular distance from each other. The distance from the centre of the disk with a set of calibrated holes to the laser beam trajectory is equal to r. The power supply is connected through the control unit to the power inputs of the single-mode laser emitter, the first stepper motor, the second stepper motor, and the monitor. The information output of the control unit is connected to the monitor input. The information input of the control unit is connected to the output of the control panel.
EFFECT: invention enables operational automated control of the parameters of the influencing radiation during laser irradiation of blood.
