FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to group explosion equipment and can be used to increase efficiency of hitting unmanned aerial targets with the help of combat unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Method of hitting unmanned aerial target with group action of ammunition is based on creation of information centre for monitoring delivery of ammunition, simultaneous blasting of ammunition. Ammunition used is combat UAVs equipped with high-explosive fragmentation warheads. Target speed and direction are determined. Using the delivery vehicle, the UAV is moved to the intended area of the target flight. Required number of UAVs is determined. UAV is separated from delivery vehicle and moved to target area. UAV is hovered perpendicular to the direction of movement of the target at a reduced distance from each other so that the trajectory of the target passes through the geometric centre of the spatial figure formed by the UAV. Fact of approach of the target and the UAV at a given distance is recorded. Value of the delay time for detonation of warheads is determined.
