SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons, namely to a method of hitting a dangerous object. Method of hitting a dangerous object consists in detonating ammunition delivered to the area of the dangerous object and placed at a given distance from each other, creating an information centre for monitoring the delivery of ammunition to the dangerous object, each of which is equipped with a beacon. Information monitoring centre determines coordinates of a dangerous object in a coordinate system associated with its geometric centre. Combat unmanned aerial vehicles are used as ammunition. Information monitoring centre describes a dangerous object in the form of a geometrical figure consisting of rectangles. Information centre of monitoring determines required height and coordinates of detonation of each of combat UAVs. Information monitoring centre forms the reduced damage zone (RDZn) required for the guaranteed destruction of a dangerous object, consisting of a set of individual reduced damage zones of combat UAVs, taking into account the fact that the individual damage zone of each combat UAV (RDZ1) has the form of a rectangle with a geometric centre at the detonation point. Information monitoring centre determines the required number n of the combat UAVs to form the reduced damage zone (RDZn) required for guaranteed destruction of a dangerous object. Information monitoring centre directs combat UAVs to specified blasting points, performs blasting of combat UAVs after arrival of all required combat UAVs to specified blasting points, verifies fulfillment of condition of RDZn, where n is the number of exploded combat UAVs, transmits information on the guaranteed destruction of the dangerous object to the control command post.

EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of the destructive effect of ammunition.
