FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to an expression vector pBMS10 based on LuxR-LuxI elements of a quorum sensing system (QS) of marine psychrophilic bacteria of the species Aliivibrio logei for cloning and expression of target genes in Escherichia coli cells. Invention enables to perform inducible expression realized by two methods: auto-induction at culturing temperature of 22 °C and induction by exogenous addition of 3OxoC6-HSL.

EFFECT: invention is effective for biosynthesis of recombinant proteins in cells of Escherichia coli with possibility of obtaining amounts of target protein making up to 50% of total protein in cell, and cultivation in temperature range 22–30 °C.
