FIELD: medicine; therapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess the effectiveness of the outpatient stage of rehabilitation in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after a moderate exacerbation. An integral evaluation of the dynamics of the clinical and functional indices is carried out in points. Degree of dyspnea manifestation, quality of life criteria, ratio of forced air volume per one second to forced air volume per 6 seconds, exercise tolerance during six-minute walk test, oxygen saturation at rest and during exercise. Assessment is carried out before and after outpatient rehabilitation.
EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by assessing the clinical and functional parameters of the bronchopulmonary system taking into account the latent hypoxic changes.
