SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to centrifuge (1) for separation of mixed granular material with different density. Centrifuge (1) for separation of mixed granular material with different density includes drum (10) of centrifuge, having base (11), circular wall (12) of drum around central axis (15) and open end mainly opposite base (11). Central axis (15) passes through base (11). Circular wall (12) of drum has inner and outer surfaces. There are multiple annular grooves (19) on the inner surface. Housing (30) for arrangement of drum (10) of centrifuge has base (34) located on central axis (15), and circular wall (33) surrounding central axis (15). Centrifuge has inlet hole (17) adapted for introduction of slurry into centrifuge drum (10), preferably located parallel to central axis (15). Centrifuge has means of rotating centrifuge drum (10) around central axis (15). Upper part of wall (33) of housing is connected to upper part of wall (46) of drum. Base (11) of the centrifuge drum is connected to base (34) of the housing so that annular cavity (31) is formed between wall (12) of the drum and wall (33) of the housing. Centrifuge has multiple holes in wall (12) of the centrifuge drum, by means of which annular cavity (31) is connected with the possibility of fluid transfer to the plurality of annular grooves (19) on the inner surface of the centrifuge drum. Fluid medium inlet is connected to annular cavity (31) with possibility of fluid medium transfer. Total cross-sectional area (Aflow) in annular cavity (31) at two different heights differs by at least 10 times. Annular cavity (31) comprises at least one partition (50) adapted for at least partial division of annular cavity (31) into at least first and second sections (52, 53). Centrifuge drum (10) has a base, a circular wall around a central axis and an open end located mainly opposite the base. Central axis passes through the base. Circular wall has inner and outer surfaces. On inner surface (23) of the centrifuge drum there are several annular grooves (19) spaced along the axis. Outer surface (24) of the centrifuge drum has sealing part (48), such as a flange, a projection, an undercut, a notch or a groove, made with possibility of conjugation with the surface of the centrifuge, preferably with a partition element of the centrifuge, to provide for sealing and at least partial separation annular cavity. First part of the inner surface of the centrifuge drum, having one or more grooves, is inclined at an angle to central axis (15), which differs from the angle of inclination of the second part of the inner surface of the centrifuge drum, which has one or more grooves. System for processing raw material containing noble metal ore includes at least one crushing plant and at least one physical separation plant, wherein at least one physical separation unit of the system is made in the form of above-described centrifuge (1).
EFFECT: output of finished product is provided as in existing centrifuges with less number of separation steps or higher output of product with same number of separation steps.
