SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to haematology, and can be used for prevention of haemorrhagic complications in patients with von Willebrand disease during IVF. A purified virus-inactivated preparation containing a concentrate of coagulation factors VIII and vWF (FVIII+vWF) in dose of 40 IU/kg is administered to patient 30 minutes before the ovarian follicle puncture. Another 20 IU/kg is administered in 12 hours. 30 minutes before embryo replanting, 40 IU/kg of concentrate of FVIII+vWF factors is administered once.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of haemorrhagic complications in patients with von Willebrand disease, in need of treatment using assisted reproductive technologies, by administering a preparation containing a concentrate of FVIII+vWF factors.
