FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the blood testing, and can be used to Von Willebrand disease diagnostics. Method for Von Willebrand disease (subtype 2N) diagnostics consists in using thromboelastography before and after a two-fold infusion of the Von Willebrand factor (WF) concentrate at a dose of 40–50 IU/kg to detect this subtype, and the diagnosis is performed by determining Ratio score as the ratio of the blood recalcification time (when recording a thromboelastogram), before a two-fold infusion to the time of blood recalcification after a two-fold infusion of WF concentrate, and with a ratio score greater than 1.3, Von Willebrand disease (subtype 2N) is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method for Von Willebrand disease diagnostics is proposed.
