SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of sealed and heat-insulating reservoirs with membranes for storage and/or transportation of fluid medium, in particular to wall (31) for sealed and heat-insulating tank for storage and/or transportation of liquefied gas and method of its manufacture, sealed and heat-insulating reservoir for storage of fluid medium, vessel (170) for transportation of fluid medium, system for transportation of fluid medium containing vessel (170), and to methods of loading and unloading of vessel (170). Method of manufacturing wall (31), which contains at least one heat-insulating barrier (12, 14) and sealing membrane (1, 13), adjacent to heat-insulating barrier, includes stages, at which: multiple wall elements (32) are made. At that, manufacturing of each wall element (32) includes stages, at which: sealed plate (33) is fed, expanding insulating foam solution (40) is placed on sealed plate (33) and expanded insulating foam solution (40) is expanded on said sealed plate (33) so as to obtain a layer of expanded insulating foam (34) adhering to sealed plate (33). Said properly manufactured wall elements (32) are secured to bearing structure (15). At that, layer of expanded insulating foam (34) of said wall elements (32) forms at least part of heat-insulating barrier (12, 14), and tightly assembling sealed plates (33) of said wall elements (32) so that said sealed plates (33) form at least part of sealing membrane (1, 13).

EFFECT: simple manufacture of walls of sealed and heat-insulating reservoirs with membranes, which demonstrate excellent mechanical properties.
