FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a filler for use in a smokeless packaged product for oral consumption. Filler contains tobacco material, wherein the total content of tobacco material in the filler consists of tobacco material obtained from stems, roots, tobacco flowers or combinations thereof. Liquid fractions or liquid extracts obtained from a part of any representative of the plant of the genus Nicotiana, and one or more components isolated therefrom, do not represent tobacco material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a filler for smokeless packaged products for oral consumption, which has a light appearance and at the same time has a large effect on the organoleptic properties of the product.
