SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an oral packaged nicotine product, the use of triglyceride to prevent the weakening of the seal of the package in an oral packaged nicotine product, a method for obtaining an oral packaged nicotine product. The oral packaged nicotine product contains wet filling material and a saliva-permeable package of packaging material surrounding wet filling material. Wet filling material contains non-tobacco material in the form of particles, such as microcrystalline cellulose, a non-encapsulated flavoring agent, a source of nicotine, a pH-correcting agent and from 0.5 to 20% by weight, based on the total mass of filling material, of triglyceride. Wet filling material does not contain tobacco material or contains tobacco material in the amount from 0% by wt. to 10% by wt. based on the total mass of wet filling material and has a moisture content in the range from 10% by wt. to 60% by wt. based on the total mass of wet filling material.

EFFECT: invention provides protection of the flavoring agent from premature release, improved storage stability and the strength of the binding of package material without the need to encapsulate the flavoring agent.
