SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-cooled mandrel of skew-roll piercing mill. Mandrel comprises nose section, working cone, gaging section and reverse cone and made with inner cavity and through radial channels on nose section. Inside the mandrel wall on the sections of the working cone, the gaging section, the inverse cone there are longitudinal axial channels connected at the nose section with the inner cavity of the piercing mandrel. Said mandrel is made up of outer case accommodating inner body. Longitudinal axial channels are made on the surface of the inner body. Annular channels are made on the surface of the inner body.

EFFECT: durability of the mandrels of the cross-piercing mill increases.
