FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fish industry, in particular, to incubation of shellfish: crabs, crawfish, shrimps and other hydrobionts. The fodder for incubated shellfish in the molting period includes fish meal, wheat germs flour, lobster and crab lorica flour, hydrolysate of northern pink shrimp, low-molecular chitosan, wheat flour, protein fodder additive, a vitamin premix, fish oil. All the components are taken at particular ratio.
EFFECT: proposed invention application promotes shellfish growth, leads to molting frequency increase, reduction of intermolt periods and, consequently, to reduction of cannibalism level.
