FIELD: rescue operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue operations for salvage of damaged vessels, and relates to the creation of a method for transferring communications to an emergency floating facility during rescue operations in difficult hydrometeorological conditions. To transfer communications to an emergency floating facility during rescue operations, a boat is delivered by a free-fall unmanned, controlled from a carrier vessel, made in the form of a housing with a remote control system and a propulsion system, which is a compact electric water jet with a variable jet direction, and powered by floating strong cargo-carrying cable of power supply and remote control from carrier vessel. Boat contains facilities for transmission of communications to an emergency floating object in difficult hydrometeorological conditions.

EFFECT: reliable and fast feed of conductor from carrier ship to emergency ship in difficult hydrometeorological conditions.
