SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection against corrosion and can be used for fixation of stray currents and corrosion of underground pipelines. Device contains single indicators fixed on the outer frame. Beginnings of single indicators are connected to common indicators, and ends to information conductors. Also contains a switch, a sampling register, a delay line, a resistance meter, fixation units, a control and synchronization unit, absolute and relative corrosion calculation units, comparison units, setters, a controller, a remote communication unit, a measurement sampling inverter, a stray current meter, a stray current comparison unit, setter of critical values of stray currents, timer of current time, key for recording stray currents and memory unit of stray currents.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of pipelines by fixing the intensity and time of occurrence of stray currents and generating warning signals for timely reduction of their effect.
