FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to methods of liquid and gaseous fuel combustion control, and can be used for automatic control of emission spectrum of flame of combustion products in combustion chambers of furnace devices for on-line control of combustion process in boilers. Combustion control system in combustion chamber of combustion device comprises receiver of information on combustion products located outside combustion chamber. in the form of a video camera, connected to a device for processing and analysing information using a personal computer. As a video camera, an IP camera with a cooling device is used, installed in the inspection hatch with the possibility of obtaining information on the colour of the middle zone of the flame through the protective glass, cooling device consists of foil-clad screen and blower blowing IP-chamber, wherein the IP camera is directed to the middle zone of the flame to determine the characteristics of the colour of the flame: hue, saturation, brightness of the colour model of the image of the flame.
EFFECT: high reliability of the obtained results with simultaneous increase in efficiency and reduction of costs for routine maintenance.
