METHOD FOR ANTI-PATERNAL ANTIBODIES DETECTION AFTER IMMUNIZATION OF WOMEN WITH IDIOPATHIC RECURRENT MISCARRIAGE BY SEXUAL PARTNER LYMPHOCYTES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/53 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: partner lymphcytes are administered intradermally at a single dose of 50 million cells at 10-12 points of volar forearm twice, with an interval of one month on day 5-9 of the menstrual cycle. Two weeks later, serum is obtained, where partner lymphocytes (CD3⁺) isolated from whole peripheral venous blood, received at gradient ficoll-verografin density of 1.077 g/cm³, are added at a ratio of 1:1, for 10 minutes at 1600 g, at a ratio of 500 l of ficoll to 1000 l of blood double-diluted with phosphate-saline. Next, the inactivated female serum with obtained partner lymphocytes is incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C, followed by antibody addition of to the Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin G diluted 1:4 with phosphate-saline in a volume of 1:1 lymphocytes suspension and incubated for 30 minutes at 4°C. Flow cytometry meyhod is used to determine the percentage of partner lymphocytes (CD3⁺) coated with antibodies to the Fc-fragment of partner's immunoglobulin G, which correspond to the level of anti-paternal-antibodies in the women serum.

EFFECT: invention allows to reflect the dynamics of anti-paternal antileukocytic antibodies appearance after immunization of such women.
