FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiology, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology. What is presented is a method for preconception prediction of the risk of sporadic septal congenital heart disease without chromosome diseases in subsequent generations. Method involves determining prognostic expression coefficients of HLA-DR lymphocyte surface markers determining the disturbances in the spousal allogenic immune interactions and calculating the probable risk using a logistic regression formula.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate prediction of the risk of sporadic septal congenital heart disease in the fetus at the preconception stage.
