SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where A is
R1 is selected from hydrogen and methyl; R2 is selected from hydrogen and methyl or R1 and R2 together form cyclopropyl; R3 is selected from hydrogen and methyl; R4 is selected from hydrogen and methyl or R3 and R4 together form cyclopropyl; R5 is selected from hydrogen and methyl; R6 is selected from hydrogen and methyl, or R5 and R6 together form cyclopropyl, or one of R2 or R4 together with R6 form cyclobutyl; R7 is hydrogen, or one of R2, R4, or R6 together with R7 form a ring selected from oxetane, tetrahydrofuran and tetrahydropyran, wherein said tetrahydrofuran or tetrahydropyran optionally contains a hydroxyl as a substitute; m is 0 or 1; and n is 0 or 1. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on said compound.
EFFECT: obtaining a new compound and a pharmaceutical composition based thereon, which can find application in medicine for treating KIT- and PDGFRα-mediated diseases, particularly gastrointestinal stromal tumors and systemic mastocytosis.
