SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for determining an uplink transmission resource. UE determination is made based on the UE dedicated transmission resource availability determination condition, wherein the condition for determining availability includes the fact that the measured value compared with the deviation value of the reference value, downlink transmission corresponding to the uplink transmission resource is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold value, and/or the uplink transmission type is matched with the predetermined type. Thus, UE can determine availability of uplink transmission resource simply by measuring downlink transmission in accordance with the uplink transmission resource and/or by determining compliance of the uplink transmission type with a given type corresponding to the uplink transmission resource. If the uplink transmission resource is available, the uplink transmission resource is used as the dedicated uplink transmission resource of the UE.
EFFECT: reduced overhead in the network.
