FIELD: valve building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve building and can be widely used in cryogenic engineering. Cryogenic fittings contain a body with a saddle, an inlet and an outlet branch pipe. An additional seat is made in the body coaxially with the valve and a threaded plug is installed through the gasket, the diameter of which is 10-15% larger than the diameter of the valve, and the outer casing is connected to a flange that is installed coaxially with the inner body and in which a spring and a piston with mechanical and radial sealing rings are placed. A threaded plug is installed in the piston through the gasket, the diameter of which is 15-20% larger than the diameter of the threaded plug installed in the inner housing. A seat is fixed on the flange through a gasket, in which stops are installed and a hole is made, the diameter of which is 20-25% larger than the diameter of the threaded plug installed in the piston. The diameter of the thin-walled tube is 5-10% larger relative to the stem diameter, and the spindle group is connected to an external drive that creates a tensile force to ensure the tightness of the valve shutter.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to minimize heat gain and replace or repair the spindle group and valve seat without breaking the vacuum.
