FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to devices for fixation of models of jaws in occluders or articulators. Device comprises a magnetic and articulated magnetic platform, each of which is formed by a bottom made with possibility of attachment and fixation on an occluder or articulator frame, and two bases made with possibility of upper and lower jaw models attachment. In the bottoms there are holes with the possibility of placing a magnet in them. On the lower side of the bottom of the hinged-magnetic platform, a holder with a double ball hinge is mounted with the possibility of adjusting the angle of inclination of the bottom of the hinged-magnetic platform during operation with the dental arch of the upper jaw model, and collapsible bases are installed on the upper side of the bottom of the magnetic and hinged-magnetic platforms. Each base is formed by rear and front parts made with possibility of disconnection. Rear part comprises a socket for placing and fixing therein a metal object made with possibility of being attracted to the bottom magnet, and on the line of closure of the back and front parts of the collapsible base there is a groove with the possibility of placing and fixing the dental arch of the jaw model or a separate tooth in it. Fixation of the dentition of the jaw model is provided by pyramidal projections made on one of the inner sides of the groove, and on the other side by a ribbed inner surface.

EFFECT: enabling creation of a device for fixation of models of jaws in an occluder or an articulator, which reduces labour and time costs when working with a dental arch of the model of the jaw or its separate fragments, possibility of disassembling the matrix base, as well as simplifying the design of the occluder or articulator.
