FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to digital devices. Result is ensured by including into the protection circuit of the main amplifier with the possibility of transition to a high-impedance state, a discriminator, a delay element, as well as due to reset pulses for returning to the initial mode of the system. Feature of the circuit is the presence of a discriminator serving to detect differences between the output and input signals and generating protection pulses which disconnect the output of the main amplifier from the load.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of overload protection in case of significant reduction of resistance of load connected between output and common bus, and in case of high current flowing from power supply to output at logic zero at input.
