FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating for creation of new coatings for a wide range of applications and can be used in chemical industry for production of materials for supercapacitors, fuel cells, electrodes of lithium-ion batteries and (photo)catalysts. Method includes electrodeposition of powder from electrolyte at temperature of 50 °C and constant stirring of electrolyte with formation of coating, wherein graphene oxide powder from electrolyte based on boric acid with concentration of 20 g/l, ammonium sulphate with concentration of 40 g/l and graphene oxide powder with concentration of 30 mg/l is electrodeposited, before electrodeposition electrolyte is subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 1 hour, substrate is treated to remove oxide layer, and powder is electroplated on substrate from nickel foam at constant potential. Invention also discloses production of coatings from polyaniline, polyaniline/metal, graphene/polyaniline, graphene/polyaniline/metal oxide, where the metal is selected from a number of transition metals: nickel, copper, zirconium.
EFFECT: method is technically simple, its implementation does not require complex process equipment, which reduces time for making coatings.
