FIELD: production of strong alcoholic beverages.

SUBSTANCE: method for production of flavored transparent strong alcoholic beverage with taste and aroma of cola involves production of mash with alcohol content of 8–11 vol.% with its subsequent stepwise distillation with obtaining distillate with 65–70 vol.% and dilution to obtain substantially 45 vol.%, wherein said distillate is poured with an alcohol content of essentially 45 vol.% into a separate container and mixed with preliminarily purified water at ratio of 1:1–1:1.5, cola concentrate is added to the obtained mixture in ratio of 1:1 and mixed until homogeneous, the obtained mixture is distilled in a second distillation still, overhead fraction making 1–2% of the total amount of the obtained liquid is removed, the remaining liquid is additionally distilled in the distillation cube to obtain a finished beverage with an alcohol content of substantially 43 vol.%.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a strong transparent alcoholic beverage having a pronounced cola taste and aroma, having no coarse and artificial aftertaste.
