FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of materials of outer shells of spacecraft against multiple effects of dust meteoric particles and their clots, as well as from micro-objects of technogenic origin. A cumulative charge is used for throwing micro-objects. Shaped charge is elongated and with increase in charge weight along length, in the cumulative recess of which the thrown layer of particles-imitators of dust meteoric and technogenic particles and their clots is lined in accordance with the spectrum of physical and mechanical characteristics, arranged according to law of increasing particle size along charge, which forms a longitudinal-extended distribution in space of the flow of micro-objects in the range of speeds of 1–11 km/s, penetrating in the phase of super-deep penetration into the material.
EFFECT: increased reliability as a result of selection of materials of structures of outer shells of spacecraft, outer hulls of satellite objects under action of parametric characteristics of particles in indices of dynamics of physics and properties of breakdown.
