FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: use for making contacts in production of thermoelements. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the thick-film contacts manufacturing method includes the TEM surface cleaning, on which a film of alloys of refractory metals is applied, while the refractory metals used are alloys based on Co-W and Ni-W, which are formed on TEM based on Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, PbTe and GeTe, surface of which is mechanically treated to a roughness not exceeding the thickness of the formed film, then the surface of TEM is chemically treated Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, in 20 % solution of HNO3, PbTe in 20 % solution of CH3COOH at room temperature and GeTe in 30 % NaOH at temperature 50–70 °C, electrochemical deposition of Co-W alloys is carried out from a solution containing CoSO4⋅7H2O 0.032–0.037 mol/L; Na2WO4 0.20–0.21 mol/L; (NH4)2SO4 1.8–2 mol/L; NH4OH 0.8–0.9 mol/L; NaOH 0.4–0.5 mol/L, at pH=13–14, temperature 50–60 °C and current density 12–20 A/dm2, and electrochemical deposition of Ni-W alloys is carried out from a solution containing NiSO4⋅7H2O 0.04–0.05 mol/L; Na2WO4 0.22–0.24 mol/L; NH4Cl 0.95–1.05 mol/L; Na3C6H5O7 0.75–0.85 ml/l, at pH=8.5, temperature 80–98 °C and current density 8–12 A/dm2.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of: improving barrier properties, increasing adhesion strength, reducing contact resistance and increasing thermal stability of contacts.
