FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with prechamber ignition for operation on lean gas-air mixture. Proposed prechamber injection device comprises housing 1, having central cavity 2 with mounting thread 3 for spark plug 4 and prechamber 5 of cylindrical shape with injection holes 6 for supply of fuel gas, which is interconnected with nozzle tip 7. In wall of housing 1 there are longitudinal gas supply channels 8, communicating via distribution channel 9 with supply channel 10 of fuel gas supply pipe 11, made with connecting thread 12 for connection with fuel supply pipeline. Distribution channel 9 is made of toroidal shape. Prechamber injection device is made in the form of monolithic solid structure from refractory and strong material using additive technologies.
EFFECT: increased reliability, efficiency of mixture formation and ignition, reduced harm to environment, as well as wider range of technical means in the field of internal combustion engines conversion.
