Invention objective is creation of the pipeline protection and fixation device eliminating disadvantages of analogues and prototype. Device for protection and fixation of underwater pipeline includes protective semi-cylindrical shell, centring semi-rings, angle support elements, fasteners. Protective semi-cylindrical shell comprises water inlets, water outlets, vertical flow guides, horizontal flow guides, water guide shelves, flow dividers.

EFFECT: providing a stable position of the pipeline when crossing water obstacles, reducing erosion of bottom soils.
