SUBSTANCE: glide path beacon relates to aerodrome beacon systems for aircraft landing approach. Result is provided due to the fact that the glide path beacon additionally includes the first and second adjustable power dividers, first, second, third and fourth transmission lines with different phase shifts, wherein the ratio of signal amplitudes between the first controlled power divider first and second outputs is 1:a, ratio of signal amplitudes between first and second outputs of second controlled power divider is 1:b, and coefficients a and b are related to each other by ratio phase values of signals set using the first, second, third and fourth lines in radiating elements of the antenna array are equal to: in the first, φ0, in the second, φ0+Δφ, in the third, pi+φ0+3Δφ, where 0≤φ0≤2pi, , Δφ is the phase difference of the signals.
EFFECT: reduced value of glide path beacon (GPB) glide path curvatures at aerodromes with complex terrain in the landing approach zone.
